Cancelations & Refunds

Stuff happens that might keep you from riding a Polka Dot Tour after you have booked. We strongly reccomend you take out travel insurance as soon as your tour is booked.

Because the Polka Dot Tours a small groups, one or two cancellations make a big difference to the viabiltiy of the tour.

So if you have to cancel please let us know as soon as possible, in writing.

Cancellation in writing 12 weeks or more before start of the tour - no cancellation fee
Cancellation in writing 10 weeks - 6 weeks before tour start- 15% of tour fee payable
Cancellation in writing less that 6 weeks prior to tour start- 80% of tour fee payable
Cancellation in writing less than 4 weeks prior to the tour start - no refund
